How The Sundatonic System Works
 The Sudatonic System funtions by applying two different creams which make it difficult for the body to sweat. After these creams are applied, you are wrapped in a special Infrared Heating Blanket and the body begins to heat up. As the body heats up, it attempts to sweat and push through the two barrier creams that have been applied to the skin.
The body, needing to sweat to cool down naturally, calls on stored fat cells in the body so they can be burned to fuel the oppressed perspiration. In essence, the body now burns the fat so that it is able to sweat!

The Basic Wrap Process
- For the 2 days prior to your wrap, you will be required to drink at least 2 liters of water each day to properly hydrate
your body.
- The day of your wrap, you will be required to drink 1 liter of water prior to your appointment.
- The day of your wrap, you will be required to bathe, using no oils or lotions afterward.
- You should avoid all caffeine products the day of your wrap.
- You will need to eat a regular meal containing at least 3 ounces of protein (meat) within the 90 minutes prior to your
wrap
- You will need to wear cotton undergarments to be wrapped in - women should wear thong style panties
- Bring a fresh set of undergarments to wear after your wrap
- While lying on a massage bed, one of our trained staff members will then apply two separate creams to the body to aid
in toxin removal and weight loss.
- You will then be wrapped in the Sudatonic FAR Infrared Blanket and allowed to relax for the next 40 to 60 minutes.
During this time, you will begin sweating out the toxins and burning excess calories resulting in weight loss and a more energized
and refreshed feeling.
After Your Wrap
- You will be required to SIP water only for the next two hours and you may not eat for at least two hours.
- You will be given a third cream to take home with you. This is to be applied to your trouble areas after your shower that
evening.
